Cancellations, Refunds, and Return Policies

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan, so we have created this cancellation, refund and replacement policy for you!

Cancellation Policy

Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfilment and logistics for processing the next morning.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.

If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address, please send us an email to aerione@aerione.com and we will be happy to help you if the order has not yet been shipped.

REPLACEMENT POLICIES

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Product is faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We sent wrong item.
Product that is lost in transit.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You are entitled to return to us the ordered product within 30 days of delivery. We will use our best effort to refund the purchase amount within 30 days of receipt of the returned good. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase amount within the meaning of this paragraph.  You will bear the shipping cost and risk for returning the good back to us under the terms of the 30 day money-back guarantee.  Condition for refunding the purchase amount is that the returned product is in good operating condition with no physical damage, complete with the manual, remote control unit, and original packaging.  The refund of the purchase amount may be reduced if the Customer returns a damaged or incomplete good or if any component delivered with the product are missing. 

Late or No Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please contact us. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded on your credit card statement. Please allow up to 15-30 business days.
